Luc will be pleased to receive you in this annex of his house, all made of wood. In the heart of Lannion, a town crossed by Le Léguer, the house invites you to visit the town or to reach the sea by the towpath or the countryside by the riverside (on foot - GR34, as well as by bicycle - WAY n°4). Lovers of fishing, kayaking or rafting will be delighted by the assets of Le Léguer. You can arrive by train, the owner will welcome you at the nearby train station. Shops, restaurants, cinema, auditorium, swimming pool, ... are also available from 500 m away. City of art and history, the heritage is there and the architectural palette is marvellous. Not to be missed: a hop on the Pink Granite Coast, Ploumanach is 15 km away!
Au Joli Bois is a bed and breakfast independent from the owner's house with private access. The ten-step staircase leads you to a large room with a double bed 160x200, a lounge area (TV, hi-fi), a kitchenette (fridge, microwave), a bathroom (large Italian shower, washbasin) and a separate toilet. Breakfast is served either in the bedroom kitchenette or in the owner's kitchen-living room. A wooden terrace overlooks an enclosed, wooded garden in this quiet area just on the edge of the town centre (500 m). Parking on the property. Baby bed in the bedroom and booster seat on request.
