The gîte Agapanthe with a capacity of 4 to 6 people and the gîte L'Hortensia with a capacity of 2 to 4 people.
Le Clos d'Arvor welcomes you in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast in all seasons, for holidays with family or friends, for a business trip, or for a weekend getaway.
You also have the possibility of renting all the gîtes for a total capacity of 10 people and access to the enclosed courtyard of 700 m².
The complex was completely renovated in 2020, maintained and monitored by us.
Each house has its own private courtyard and car park.
The children will be able to play outdoor games, ping-pong... at their disposal.
The gîtes are 200 m from all amenities: supermarkets, bakery, doctor's surgery, bar..., 1 km from the sea, the port of Perros-Guirec, restaurants, and the market scheduled on Wednesday mornings, depending on the season.
From the gîtes, you can set off to discover many local tourist attractions: just a few minutes from the famous customs officers' path that leads to Ploumanac'h and the Pink Granite coast, 2 km from the landing stage to the 7 islands, a few minutes from the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec and the town of Lannion.
Very close to the sea, in a family setting, you will have a pleasant and relaxing stay
