Église Saint-Maudez

The parish church of Saint-Maudez is eclectic in style, typical of the 19th century.
It bears the mark of various stylistic elements borrowed both from Greek Antiqué (west portal, bays of the nave) and from the workshops of Trégor, in use between the 15th and 17th centuries.
The late (mid-19th century) retention of the Trégor formula - the porch tower with side turrets and open bell tower - is perhaps one of the last examples of its kind.
