The church's furnishings include several statues dating from the 14th to 16th centuries, an altarpiece and sculpted group from the 2nd half of the 17th century, an 18th-century choir screen (communion table) and an 18th-century high altar, altarpiece and tabernacle.

A parish since 1554, Lanvézéac became part of the Caouënnec commune in 1805.
