The parish church in Mantallot was first dedicated to Saint-Mérin (patron saint of Lanmérin) and then to Saint-Médéric (the other name for Saint-Merry). It was built at the end of the 17th century and in the 1st half of the 18th century. It was remodelled in the 19th century and restored more recently in 2004.
Its reliquary, divided into five glazed compartments and dating from the 1st quarter of the 16th century, has been listed as an object since 1968.
