The chapel was built in the 2nd quarter of the 18th century, following the discovery of a statuette of the Virgin Mary in a field. The building, with its Renaissance decor, is in the shape of a Latin cross, with a polygonal chevet and a wall-belfry flanked by buttresses; to the south, a turret with a spiral staircase and a two-storey bell chamber for three bells. The south door is surmounted by an angel.
An information panel is available on site.
