Dating back to the 17th century, the Notre Dame de Brestan chapel is located in a small square with a cross, a fountain and an outdoor altar. Sailors used to come here to pray, as evidenced by an ex voto still visible inside, and the fountain was reputed to cure envious children.
Situated on private property, the chapel can be visited by appointment.
The pardon takes place on 15 August: mass at 10.30am followed by the procession.
